PTS invests relatively strongly in training existing and new staff.
The essential qualities of aspiring telecom engineers are kept up-to-date by means of on- job training and a number of external courses.This coupled to the excellent reward programs that we offer to our employees has made it possible to achieve the lowest turnover rate in the industry over the past few years.

d. Our Vendor Network

Vendors are an important part of our organization linking us by the value chain defined by the Customer – Supplier relationship. We get the best from our vendors by maintaining supportive relationship with them.

Our suppliers have more than commercial relationship with us. They are also our technology partners. They respect our initiative for prevention of defects and stress on quality and reliability.

We have developed subcontractors who are active in site infrastructure activities.They have been selected after a thorough selection process at our end, which involves visiting their premises/Sites, seeing their work processes, talking to their staff, auditing their technical and financial strength and taking an industry feedback about their experience and work performance by performing a frequent evaluation procedure as per our quality management system. All their processes are monitored and their supervisory staff is involved in our project review meetings.
